Some of One

This morning I asked my wife if she bought bread yesterday and she said "some". I asked her how many was that and she said "one|". So my question is, can one be some? 

I've thought about it and found where this is true. You can say, " I bought one car and it is some car".

I must be slipping. I'm starting to ask my wife what day it is.

A Great Question

It seems like a plague. Every time a reporter asks the guest a question, he is answered with, "That'a a great question." Can't they be truthful sometimes and say, "That's a stupid question." Or, "Why would you ask a question like that?" Makes me wonder if they are rewarded with a great answer.
