While walking in my bedroom, I felt a sharp prick on the bottom of my foot. It turned out to be a nose pad from my glasses. Sure enough, when I removed them, one pad was missing. I didn't even realize it until it stuck in my foot. I suppose I would have eventually caught on.

INTERNAL ALARM

When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is look at the clock. If it is around 6am, I try for more sleep. If it is around 7am, it's time to think about getting up. The next thing I do is weigh myself. I lost 17 lbs. after my heart operation and I don't want it back. I want to stay below 170. No need in dragging around an extra 15 lbs. This morning it was 169.0. That's good. Usually it's that or below. I have yet to hit 170. That would be panic time.

When I lifted a sod on my lawn, I saw worms & wormholes. They have large wormholes in outer space, can you imagine the size of the worms.
