Barber Shop

I saw these new rules for barber shops to reopen. They will be doing it tomorrow. I don't know for sure if this is correct. Of course you have to wear a face mask and you'll need an appointment. Fifteen minutes between haircuts for the barber to clean up. Only so many people in the shop at a time. I guess you have to wait outside. This must cut the barbers customers in half. I can only imagine what the new prices will be. Of course, when prices go up, they never come down. Guess I'll be staying away for awhile. My wife can continue cutting.
I was thinking I should have a camera focused on my back yard to see if anything is going on. I don't know if anything is going on but I don't have a camera to check, do I? I could also walk outside and then I could see my haircut.

Need A Haircut

My wife gave me a haircut yesterday. It was kind of scraggy. She used the clippers on the back and did the rest with scissors. When she was finished, I rubbed my hand over my head and it didn't feel much different than when the barber cut it. I can't see it and no one else cares. At a time like now, I will hardly be seeing anyone. This is not the first time she cut my hair. She did it for a number of years. I can't remember why we stopped. Anyway, good for another month. 

I don't like big fuzzy hairdos. They make me think the owners are in a perpetual scared mode.

Lady, don’t be such an idiot...

So, I saw this morning that a woman in Ont. Is suing a barber for not cutting her hair. She’s black, he’s white. He’s probably over 60. She is going to report him to the Human Rights Comm. Getting her 15 min. of fame.

This man is not comfortable cutting women's hair. He doesn't cut his wife's. What if she was not pleased with the haircut, would she sue him for that? Will he be forced to do it?

So, I guess we are not allowed to make our own choices. Someone else has the right to tell us how we should run our lives. This works in the big picture. The laws etc. But not when we have to form our life by some individual’s likes or dislikes. Like my next door neighbor telling me not to cut the grass at 9 am. He has the right to decide for me?

If that happened to me, I would take that as a hint not to get my haircut there. It just so happened that I went for a haircut this morning and told my barber about this. He said if he was forced to cut someone’s hair, they would definitely remember the haircut and not return.

When you get up in the morning, you have to make your bed. You can't start the day in a disorganized mess or soon it will be shaving every three days, the forgotten haircut, shower and change of clothes. Then you're a three letter word.
